Patsy Menthols are an enemy and one of the many subjects summoned by Baroness Von Bon Bon in the Sugarland Shimmy boss level of Inkwell Isle Two.
Appearance[]
They are large wheel-shaped pink peppermints with reddish-pink swirls. They have a face in the front consisting of eyes and an opened mouth with a single long tooth.
Characteristics[]
During the final phase of the boss battle against Baroness Von Bon Bon, out from the mouth of Baroness' Whippet Creampuff, Patsy Menthols will roll towards the player(s) in order to flatten them for damage points on their way forwards. Although she cannot be defeated with hits, Patsy can be parried to gain extra height. However, parrying her doesn't count towards the parry total.

- Their last name, Menthol, is an organic compound made synthetically or obtained from corn mint, peppermint, or other mint oils, hence themselves being a peppermint.
- Patsy Menthol is the only member who is female, out of the Baroness' subjects who were male.
- Along with the rest of Baroness' subjects, Patsy's name is not official but just a pet name given by the animator Tina Nawrocki.
- Patsy was referred to as "Peppermint" in the game files.
- Patsy only has 1 tooth, maybe referring to the stereotype that if one eats too many sweets, their teeth will rot and fall out.
